Hello!

Thanks for stopping by! My name is Caitlin, I’m a student in Glasgow and I love to bake. Squashing bread dough, mixing cake batter, smearing cream over freshly baked pastry and seeing the face of an adult turn to look like an excited child the second a cake is serenaded into a room is what makes me happy.

If you’ve had a look at a few of my posts, maybe you’re wondering who Joe is? Joe is my brother, a poet based in London, and who I write all of my posts to. You can find a bit more of him on his website here and his twitter here.

I hope you enjoy having a lil look around my site, it’s good to have you here! May you forever have a bit of cake on your face,

Caitlin xx
